toring findings related to 1983 and 1984 CDBG funded
housin activities.

o A portion of curb and gutter work will be done by force account labor to reduce
costs. Why can't all curb and gutter be done this way?

o Current 1984 CDBG grant for housing rehab and acquisition/relocation in
East-West project area is approximately 40t drawn down; activities are
proceeding on schedule. Estimated completion date is August, 1985.
