<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board does hereby designate and approve as storm or <br />floodwater runoff charmels or basins those areas described by the approximate floodplain delineations <br />in said new report dated December 1992 for the stream reaches listed in Table 2, contingent upon the <br />understanding that the City of Cripple Creek will regulate the approximate floodplains on a case-by- <br />case basis subject to a detailed hydrologic and hydraulic analysis by a professional engineer; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board does hereby rescind the hydraulic analyses and <br />the approximate floodplain mapping information contained in Resolution No, 92-325 but that it does <br />not rescind the hydrologic analyses contained in Resolution NO, 92-325; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board does hereby rescind the 100'year floodplains in <br />the March 5, 1976 Flood Hazard Boundary Map for the City of Cripple Creek and the 100-year <br />floodplains in the September 30, 1988 Flood Insurance Study for Teller County and Incorporated <br />Areas for those portions of Cripple Creek, Poverty Gulch and Pony Gulch within the corporate limits <br />of the City of Cripple Creek, as they were on September 30,1988; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a certified <br />copy of this resolution to the City of Cripple Creek; the Board of County Commissioners of Teller <br />County; the Colorado Office of Emergency Management; the U,S, Department of Agriculture Natural <br />Resources Conservation Service; and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the <br />members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at Denver, Colorado <br />on the 20th day of March, 1997, at which a quorum was present. <br /> <br />Q~w.~ <br /> <br />Daries C, Lile, Secretary <br /> <br />res-44S.docbrh <br /> <br />7 <br />
