The Board of Directors of the Urban Drainage and Flood <br />Control District, at their August meeting, passed Resolution No. 46, <br />Series of 1986 (copy enclosed) adopting this report. We request that <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board consider the IOO-year floodplains <br />described in this report for designation as flood hazard areas. The <br />Cities of Westminster, Broomfield and Thornton will be responsible for <br />regulating the floodplains. <br /> <br />We will be happy to make a presentation to your Board, if you so <br />desire.
