Project Manager, Hydrology, Hydrau'lics, Preliminary <br />Desi gn. <br /> <br />Dr. Leaf will be the project manager for this pr'oject ilnd will be respon- <br />sible for supervision of the project as well as coordinatiDn between the <br />team members for all tE!chnical and adminic:.trative matters related to the <br />scope of services as WE!ll as the project budget, scheduJe, progress, and <br />deliverables. He will also provide 11 qu'i'[ity check by rev'iewinC) an wo)'k <br />prepared by the project team. <br />Dr. Leaf will be the design engineer for this pr'oject and will be <br />t'esponsible for the prel iminary design of t~e flood contro'l facil ities. <br />He ~Iill also coordinate the activities between the design tE!am, the Town <br />of Paol i, and the CWCI3'. <br />Dr. Leaf has over 26 years of enginee-ring experience 'in conceptual <br />planning of erosion control and drain:J.ge facilities, design of primary and <br />secondary erosion control and drainage facilities, floodpla'in hydrology, <br />water supply studies, stream flow forecastin~,I, and watershed management. He <br />has worked on a number of drainage and flood :ontrol proje:ts, including <br />the City of Sterling, Colorado Flood Pla'in Information RepDI"t and Master <br />Drainage Plans completed in 1983 and 1988, <br /> <br />Forrest A. Leaf, EIT Will be responsible for the hydraulics analysis in <br />the proposed study. Mr. Leaf has had 2 years experience as a hydraulic <br />engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Enginl?E!rs. where his dut,.('s included <br />the use of HEC-2. Mr. Leaf currently is the Water Resources Engineer for <br />the Central Colorado Water Conservancy Di:,trict in Greeley, Colorado. <br />
