We can endorse the project sponsor's recommendations for project acceptance.

The 100-year design discharge is contained within the newly constructed channel banks for the
subject stream. We further find that the lOO-year floodplain and its floodway limits are within
the project boundary and have no adverse impacts to others within the project reach and
immediate downstream reach of the South Platte River.

Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions.

~

Larry .
