No. 158 <br /> <br />} <br /> <br />COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD <br />823 state Centennial Building <br />1313 Sherman Street <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br /> <br />March 17, 1980 <br /> <br />R E .e. 0 L U <br /> <br />T I <br />- - <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />N <br /> <br />WHEREAS; a report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Town <br />of Frisco, Colorado," which includes floodplain information and <br />data fOr Tenmile Creek and 'Meadow Creek, dated November, 1979, has <br />been prepared by Gingery AssOciates, Inc., under contract with the <br />Federal Insurance Administration; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said report describes and outlines the floodplain <br />data and information fOr the storm and flOOdwater runoff channels <br />or basins of the study area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Frisco has requested the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board to desi~nate and approve the flOodplain <br />areas as set forth in the aforesaid report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 37-60,106(1) (c), Colorado Revised <br />Statutes 1973, directs the Colorado Water Conservation Board to <br />designate and approve storm or floodwater runoff channels or basins <br />and to make such designations available to legislative bodies of <br />local jurisdictions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the staff of the Board has reviewed sa~a report <br />and does hereby recommend to the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />that the Board designate and approve as flOOdplain areas those areas <br />inundated by a 100-year flood (intermediate regional flood) as <br />described by the floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said <br />report; <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br />this 17th day of March, 1980, that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as flOodplain areas those areas described as being inundated <br />by a 100-year flood as described by the floodwater surface eleva- <br />tions and prOfiles in said report; and <br />
