<br />WHEREAS, said report dated May 3, 1990 revised the approximate floodplain information <br />contained in said new report dated August 4, 1988 for the following stream reach: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Gregory Creek <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the City of .Boulder, by <br />Resolution No. 93-341, adopted on March 5, 1993, approved and designated the detailed floodplain <br />information contained in said report dated May 3, 1990 for the stream reaches listed in Tables I, 2 and <br />3, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, but did not approve and designate any of <br />the approximate floodplain information in said report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 93-341 did not specifically rescind any portions of Resolutions III, <br />124,215,265,281, 295, 296 or 297; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Table I lists stream reaches included in said new report dated August 4, 1988 for <br />which detailed floodplain information is provided which is consistent with the detailed floodplain <br />information designated by Resolutions Nos. 215, 265 and 281, as indicated in Table I, which was <br />included in the 1990 Flood Insurance Study for the City of Boulder and some of which was previously <br />designated and approved by Resolution No. 93-341, as indicated in Table I: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Stream Reach <br /> <br />Dry Creek No.2 Ditch Split Flow <br />Highway 93 Split Flow of SDuth Boulder Creek <br />South Boulder Creek (upstream of its crossing of <br />the C. & s.
