WHEREAS, said new report includes, by reference, approximate floodplain information displayed on map panels published on December 18, 1986 but not republished on March 2, 1989 for the following streams: Black Squirrel Creek Douglas Creek North Douglas Creek South North Branch Douglas Creek South West Tributary of Sand Creek (later relabelled as Sand Creek West Fork) and subtributaries ; and Smith Creek Templeton Gap Floodway Templeton Gap South Tributary Unnamed tributaries to Cottonwood Creek WHEREAS, said new report includes approximate floodplain information displayed on map panels published on December 18, 1986 and republished on March 2, 1989 for the following streams: Douglas Creek North Unnamed tributaries to Douglas Creek North North Branch Douglas Creek South Dry Creek ; and South Tributary to Dry Creek Fishers Canyon (fonnerly labelled as Spring Run) West Tributary of Sand Creek (later relabelled as Sand Creek West Fork) and subtributaries WHEREAS, said new report includes approximate floodplain information displayed on map panels originally published on December 18, 1986 and subsequently revised and published as revised on March 2, 1989 for the following streams: Douglas Creek North Northeast Tributary to Douglas Creek North East Branch Northeast Tributary to Douglas Creek North West Branch Northeast Tributary to Douglas Creek North ; and Dry Creek North Chann.el Dry Creek Fishers Canyon (fonnerly labelled as Spring Run) Pine Creek Overflow West Tributary of Sand Creek (later relabelled as Sand Creek West Fork) and subtributaries WHEREAS, said new report for the City of Colorado Springs dated March 2, 1989 includes, either directly or by reference, the following detailed floodplain information which is consistent with detailed floodplain information previously designated and approved by Resolution No. 264, as listed in Table I, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein: 3
