The UWUA precipitation records contained some addit'ional rainf;jll infor-
matic,n which was used to define respective rain'fa 11 depths for 1, 6, and 24
hour storms of the various recurrence intervals. NOAA procedures w(!re used
to dEfine the depths for the intermediate stonn durations, as well <IS the
five minute to one hour time interval. This data is exhibited as thE! Depth-
Durat~on-Frequency Curve in Figure 5. Figure 6. the Time-Intensity'.
Frequency Curves for the 2 to 100 year recurrence interval storms represents
further compilation of the data, correlating storm durations for the various
frequE,ncies with rainfall intensity expected.
The 100 year design storm isopluvial CUrVE!S are shown on FigurE! 7,
illustrating total rainfall depth for the design storm condition. Incre-
mental rainfall depths for the noted total rainfall depth are tabulated in
Table 2 for the 2, 10, 50, 100 and 500 year storms. Similar tabulations have
been )repared for the remaining total design rainfall depths shown on Figure
7, with appropriate area reduction factors app'l ied.

.

8
