Each city contains over 50 percent Df the <br /> <br /> <br />manufacturing and retailing activities in its respective county. <br /> <br /> <br />Another community, Windsor, lies between these tWD cities. Industrial <br /> <br /> <br />development near Windsor in 1970 spurred an increase in the tDwn's <br /> <br />population from 1,600 in 1970 to about 4,300 in 1980. The mountain <br /> <br /> <br />area is sparsely populated, although several recent subdivisions around <br /> <br />Red Feather Lakes have attracted new residents. <br /> <br />Flood Hazard <br /> <br />GENERAL <br /> <br />This section describes the existing flood hazard situation.
