The applicant continues to feel Aspen Village is
the only logical down valley location for clustered development.
The Planning & Zoning Commission has affirmed Aspen Village as
suitable for the proposed development with the granting of
General Submission approval for the overall PUD plan in 1980.
Winning the 1981 allotment will allow the applicant to proceed
with developing the P~ill units as a single project with units
potentially available in 1982.

-

~'
