On this date, Hal called and told me they had found their HEC-2

computer printouts and their job book for their Study in

Breckenridge. Hal indicated the information is available but

is too voluminous to copy and send over to us. He said he

has not checked to e:ee whether the numbers on the computer

printout are the same ones they used in their report. He did

indicate if we want to review the information we are welcome to

come over to their office and look at it and go from there. The

computer printout in.formation is for the Blue River only and not

the tributary streams.

I would suggest we first determine whether we are going to need their

information. That requires a decision from the Colorado Water

Conservation Board and/or the FIA as to whether they are going to

require the studies to be totally redone from what was previously

prepared by Rice for the Water Conservation Board. If the study is to

be redone, there is no need to bother Rice with having to come up with

the information and go through it and dig it out, and so forth.

If there is a need the computer printout information be reviewed and

utilized, then we probably will have to call on Rice and ask to barrow

the information. I am sure they will want to be paid for any time

and printing costs they may have to put forth to provide us this

information, so let us try to get by without it if we can. Please
let me know if you have to contact him before you make the contact.
