<br />ity of Coloredo Springs, ~oloredo. As shown on Plate 1, the
<br />etudy ar~a consider~d encompasses 10.8 miles or channel, e~tend_
<br />ing north from Monument Crsek's confiwence with ,euntain Cr~ek
<br />to the mouth of Kettle Cresk.
