Conservation 'of native species - fund created. <br />5 (1) Legislative declaration. THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY HEREBY <br />6 RECOGNIZES A RESPONSIBILITY ON tHE PART OF THE STATE ASSOCIATED <br />! <br />7 WITH THE CONSERVATION OF NATIVE: SPECIES THAT HAVE BEEN LISTED AS <br />8 THREATENED OR ENDANGERED LINDER STATE OR FEDERAL LAW, OR ARE <br />9 CA.'1DIDATE SPECIES OR ARE LIKELY!
