"ti,:\TER <br />Gi!"iE'iV~!iO:, BOARD <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Blewitt: <br /> <br />The Federal Insurance Administration has requested a public hearing <br />to present the hydrologic data proposed for the Flood Insurance <br />Study now nearing completion for the unincorporated areas of Adams <br />County. The purpose of this hearing is to secure input from the <br />local public officials and the residents of the community. Meetings <br />such as this are designed to avoid technical appeals to the Flood <br />Insurance Study after the FIA consultant has completed his engineering. <br />Accordingly, it would be appropriate for a representative from your <br />office to attend the hearing and to comment upon the technical <br />aspects of the water surface elevations in the proposed study. <br /> <br />The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, <br />October 23, 1975, and will be held at the Adams County Service <br />Building, 4201 East 72nd Avenue, Commerce City, Colorado.
