Any request for reconsideration <br />must be based on scientific or teclmical data, Therefore, this letter will be effective only after the 90,day appeal period has elapsed and <br />we have resolved any appeals that we receive during this appeal period, Until this LOMR is effective, the revised BFEs presented for the <br />City of Black Hawk may be changed, Any requests to review or alter the determination for your community may be made during this <br />time and must be based on scientific or technical data. <br /> <br />This information will be published in the Federal Register and in the local newspaper for the City of Black Hawk as detailed below, <br /> <br />LOCAL NEWSPAPER <br /> <br />Name: Weekly Register Call <br />Dates: 3/18/2005 3/25/2005 <br /> <br />This determination is based on the flood data presently lavailable.
