(SLA) is pleased to submit this proposal <br />for engineering services in regard to your Request for Proposal dated <br />February 22, 1983. SLA is extremely interested in providing our services <br />for the proposed master floodway plan. We are prepared to assign a <br />highly qualified staff to perform the required services. We feel that <br />the technical competence of our firm is unsurpassed. <br /> <br />I <br />II <br /> <br />We are willing to work very closely with the City on this project in <br />order to solve the existing floodplain problems. We have demonstrated <br />our abilities to solve problems, recommend solutions, and satisfy client <br />needs on numerous projects.
