(SLA) is pleased to submit this proposal <br />for engineering services in regard to your Request for Proposal dated <br />February 22, 1983. SLA is extremely interested in providing our services <br />for the proposed master floodway plan. We are prepared to assign a <br />highly qualified staff to perform the required services.
