The application has been <br />discussed by telephone with Mr. Ronald Iske, City Manager of Monte Vista <br />as to the extent of the study area. The application will be forwarded to <br />the Division Engineer, Southwestern Division, Corps of Engineers after further <br />coordination with the city on their current planning and mapping program. <br /> <br />It is anticipated that work on this study can be initiated in Fiscal <br />Year 1969 contingent upon allotment of funds and overall priorities assigned <br />by the State of Colorado.
