Corps of Engoneers, Albuquerque Dis- <br /> <br />trict, has completed the Flood Plain Information Report, Goodnight <br /> <br />Arroyo, Dry Creek and' Wild Horse-Dry Creek, Pueblo, Colorado: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Flood Plain Information Report outlines <br /> <br />and describes the storm or flood runoff channels within the above <br />described areas: and <br />WHEREAS, Article 149-1-11(4), Colorado ~evised Statutes <br />1963, requires that'the Colorado Water Conservation Board designate <br /> <br /> <br />and approve storm or flood water runoff channels and to make such <br /> <br /> <br />designations to legislative bodies of local jurisdictions: and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Article 139-60-1, Colorado Revised Statutes <br />1963, provides that such cities, towns, incorporated areas and <br /> <br /> <br />local jurisdictions shall provide zoning regulations for any storm <br /> <br /> <br />or flood water runoff channel only after designation and approval <br /> <br /> <br />by the Colorado Water Conservation Board: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Pueblo ~egional Planning Commission, Pueblo, <br /> <br />Colorado, has requested the Colorado Water Conservation Board to <br /> <br />designate and approve the flood hazard areas as set forth in the <br /> <br />aforesaid U. S. Corps of Engineers Flood Plain Information Report: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the staff of the Board has reviewed said Flood <br />
