A list Is attached of those In attendence on Tuesday morning for the 3 <br /> <br />hour session. <br /> <br />The three groups represented at the demonstration were the Colorado Water Con- <br /> <br />, <br />servatlon Board (CWCB), the Urban Drainage 8. Flood Control District (UDFCD), and <br /> <br />the City of Sheridan. The representatives of these groups agreed that the model <br /> <br />was well-constructed and the information gained thus far from the model was well <br /> <br />worth Its cost. Members of the group made recommendations which are discussed <br />I ater In these notes. <br /> <br />The change made to the model. since the first demonstration on January 18, 1980 <br /> <br />was the addition of a sllllmmedlately below the crest of the existing Corps of Engi- <br /> <br /> <br />neers dam. A row of 3-foot rocks was placed downstream of the slll, followed by <br /> <br />the5-foot rocks on the dam face. The slll extended from the west bank half way to <br />the boatchute adjacent to the Englewood Intake. The slll was omitted from the other <br />
