<br />-<< <br /> <br />This report was prepared under an Interayency Agreement <br />(IAA-~MW-E-0939) between the National Weather service, National <br />Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the Federal <br />Emergency Manayement Agency (FEMA). The development of the <br />report was partially funded, and the report printed and distri- <br />buted by FEMA in the bel ief it will be of ass istance to dam <br />owners and energency manayers in assessing the inundation areas <br />resulting from potential dam failures for use during the <br />development of emergency plans.
