Figure 2 :Ln "Technical Manual No.1", indicates that both Buck-
horn and Redstone Creeks are located in the Mountain Region and
the Pl~ins Region. At each design point separate analyses were
co.npleted for the portion of the drainage basin which lies above
~500 feet m.s.l. (mountain region) and the portion below 7500
feet (plains region). In all cases, the discharges determined
for the plains region were larger and these values were used.
Drainage areas and peak discharges for design points on Buckhorn
Creek and Redstone Creek are listed in Table 2.
