NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that Lee C. Watson,
835 Garfield Street, Meeker, Colorado, has filed his
application with the Rio Blanco County Planning
Office to amend the Rio Blanco County Zoning Ordinance
as it applies to the hereinbelow described property
from A Agricultural to MHP Mobile Home Park. The
hereinbelow described property is located approximately
2.5 miles southwest of Meeker at the intersection of
Colorado State Highways No. 13 and 64 and is located
south of Colorado State Highway'No. 13 and north of
the White River.

I . It is proposed that commencement of construction
~f the park will begin. if approved, on or about April
1, 1978, with completion of approximately sixty percent
(60%) of the park by late fall, 1978. The balance of
the park will be completed during 1979.

Objections to the application may be mailed
to the Rio Blanco County Planning Office, Rio Blanco
County Courthouse. Meeker, Colorado, and the last date
for filing such objections shall be the day
of , 1978.

The applicant will mail copies of this Notice
immediately after the .first publication to all adjoining
land owners.

The property to be rezoned is described as

follows:

A tract of land located in the S~ of Section 29 and the N~ of the
N.E.~ of Section 32, T1N, R94W, of the 6th P.M., and being a portion
of Tract No. 93, T1N, R94W, of the 6th P.M.. of the resurvey dated
October 31, 1908, and being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at Corner No.4 of said Tract No. 93; Thence along the
South line of said Tract No. 93, S88057'00"W, a distance of 431.40
feet to the southerly right of way of State Highway No. 13; Thence
along said right of way N63005'00"E a distance of 1292.00 feet;
Thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 2815.00 feet,
a chord which bears N7106'38"E, a distance of 628.75 feet to the
east line of said Tract No. 93; Thence South along the East line
of said Tract No. 93 a distance of 762.39 feet to corner No.8;
Thence SOoo33'25"W a distance of 1357.48 feet to the South line
of said Tract No. 93; thence West a distance of 1339.80 feet to
Corner No.5 of said Tract No. 93; Thence NOlo36'00"E a distance
of 1339.80 feet to the point of beginning, excluding therefrom
that portion of said property lying north of the Niblock Ditch
and also excluding therefrom that portion of land lying south of
the White River, said tract containing 43.1 acres. more or less.
