Setbacks. <br /> <br />A detailed discussion of how the proposed setbacks comply <br />with 1974 RBeo s304.20-3.b.9. follows: <br /> <br />As set forth on the attached plot, all setbacks are <br />greater than the required setbacks set forth in 1974 <br />R.B.C.O. 5304.20-3.b.9. and are specifically as follows: <br /> <br />A) Public street or highway rights-of-way, setback <br />is one hundred twenty (120) feet from the centerline <br />of such highway and approximately seventy (70) feet <br />from the property line. <br /> <br />B) Is not applicable because we have no four (4) lane <br />roads fronting the proposed area to be changed. <br /> <br />C) Not applicable because we have no private road <br />right-of-way or easements abutting the property. <br /> <br />D) The setback of twenty (20) feet is met on all <br />abutting property. <br /> <br />.. <br />
