Streets, Lighting, and Access: <br /> <br />(a) A general discussion of how the private street system <br />complies with 1974 RBeD s304.20-3.b.4, follows: <br /> <br />The private street system will be constructed and <br />maintained in compliance with the Rio Blanco County <br />Zoning Ordinance, and as shown on the attached plat, <br />the alignment and grade of all such streets will be <br />adapted to the topography of the mobile home park <br />and will provide for the safety of traffic movement, <br />satisfactory surface and ground water drainage <br />and the proper functioning of the drainage system <br />which are a part of the park. All streets will <br />be hard-surfaced and will be curbed and guttered <br />in compliance and will be constructed according <br />to standards as set forth in the attached'section. <br />All paved streets shall meet the requirements for <br />minimum width and grades.
