Hydraulic Engineering '94, contain sum- <br />maries at the papers presented at the 1994 National <br />Conference on Hydraulic Engineering, held in Buffalo. New <br />York, August 1-5, 1994. The overall Conference theme dealt <br />with the quantification of human impacts on our water <br />resources. The papers contained in Ihese proceec\jngs deal <br />with a range of tOpiCS traditional to hydraulic engineering, as <br />well as Greallakes water resources issues and the application <br />of geographical information syslems and expert systems in <br />hydraulic engineering.
