<br />The peak of 1170 cfs is very close to the computed 2-year peak at Ridgway. The average annual ftow rate <br /> <br /> <br />for 1980 was 140 cfs. which is close te, the 168 cfs aver'3ge annual flow rate. To adjust the near Ridgway <br /> <br /> <br />hydrograph, the average daily ftows WE!re multiplied by Ule ratio of the 2-year peak at the project site to the <br /> <br /> <br />2-year peak near Ridgway (780/1170 = 0.67). The 1983 hycirowaph was used to develop the 1 DO-year ftood. <br /> <br /> <br />This is the highest peak event recordej for the near Ridgway gage and contained the second largest ftow <br /> <br /> <br />volume. A 2.100 cis peak was recorded. Ratioing this to the 2,720 cfs peak at the project site resulted in a <br /> <br /> <br />factor of 1.30 to develop the 1 DO-year h{drograph at the project site.
