Design points were selected and the drainage areas measured. <br />Runoff discharges were calculated using the Rational Formula. Table <br />2 shows the lOa-year flow rates at each design point. <br /> <br />C. HYDRAULICS <br /> <br />The limits of flooding from local runoff is not definable on the <br />mapping and aerial photos. However, certain areas where ponding oc- <br />curs regularly have been shown on Figure 2. The depicted ponding <br />areas represent approximate locations and are not intended to exactly <br />define those prone areas. <br /> <br />In addition to the ponding areas shown, certain properties along the <br />streets would be subject to front-yard flooding from high storm run- <br />off flows in the streets. Some curbs may be overtopped to depths of <br />o to 0.5 feet above the top of the curb. <br /> <br />-13- <br />
