Johnson of North Atlantic Division; Howard N, Thelan of Omaha District; <br />Frank R, Reynolds Jr. of Wilmington District; CarlO. Foley of the Board <br />of Engineers for Rivers and Harbors; Larry M, Kilgo of the Lower <br />Mississippi Valley Division; and, Michael R. Krouse, Joe Auburg, and <br />Stuart A, Davis of the Institute for Water Resources; all of the Army <br /> <br />Corps of Engineers, and, James Warren of the Bureau of Reclamation in <br /> <br />Amarillo, Texas. Stuart Davis was the editor and principal author, Nahor <br /> <br />B, Johnson contributed Chapter XI on discounting, and major sections on <br /> <br />computing expected annual damages and the effect of economic changes on <br /> <br />equivalent annual damages, William J, Hansen was the co-author of Chapter <br /> <br />XI, James Warren contributed major portions on depth-damage functions, <br /> <br />made numerous other suggestions, and provided references, Frank Reynolds <br /> <br />contributed Chapter VIII on structural measures, Carl Foley contributed <br /> <br />portions on report documentation and expected annual damages, The editor <br /> <br /> <br />wishes to acknowledge the valuable review comments and suggestions by <br /> <br /> <br />William Hansen and David L, Moser of the Institute for Water Resources, <br /> <br /> <br />Carl Foley of the Board of Engineers for Rivers and Harbors, Nahor Johnson <br />of North Atlantic Division, and Kirby B, Fowler and David Hottenstein, Jr. <br />of the Office of the Chief of Engineers.
