11 On January 5, 1987, the results of the Flood Insurance Study were reviewed at a final coordination meeting atttended by represent- atives of the City of WestmiJ;lster, UD&FCD, FEMA, and the study contractor. 2.0 AREA STUDIED 2.1 Scope of ~tudy This Flood Insurance Study coverS the incorporated areas of the City of Westminster. The City is located in parts of Adams and Jefferson Counties in Colorado. The area of study is shown on the Vicinity Map,.(Figure 1).
