(Ee I) was incorporated in the State of <br />Colorado, U.S .A., on August 2, 1957, for the purpose of providing general and <br />specialized consulting engineering services, ond now hos grown into a world- <br />wide engineering organization with a staff of more than 100 people. <br /> <br />Eel has provided consulting engineering services in many countries of <br />the world. Major assignments hove required preparation of feosibility reports, <br />designs, sper-.fkations, construction supervision and initial operation of water <br />storage, irrigation, droinage, flood control and other types of water resource <br />development projects. <br /> <br />The permanent stoff of Eel includes personnel who have extensive <br />experience in development of both land and water resources. Further, Eel can <br />call upon the assistance of intemotionally known specialists if it believes that <br />their assistance is needed. Also, Eel is utilizing modern electronic computer <br />equipment located in its Denver office to increase the accuracy and quality of <br />its engineering design ond feasibility studies, resulting in superior designs ond <br />in reduction of the overall project cost to the client. <br /> <br />The range of services avoilable to clients was expanded greatly when <br />ECI joined Planning Research Corporation (PRC) in May 1971. PRC is one of the <br />largest professional service corporations in the world and operates from over 200 <br />offices in 40 countries and through its other subsidiary companies PRC offers a <br />wide range of professional services in four broad fields of activities: (I) Plonning <br />and Engineering; (2) Monogement Consulting; (3) Information Sciences, Systems <br />Analysis and Economics; and (4) Environmentol Sciences. <br /> <br />In 1973 Eel formed a wholly-owned subsidiary company, Soil Consultalts, <br />Inc. (SC I) to provide a complete spectrum of soils engineering services including <br />complete laborotory testing with the most modern equipment ovailoble. <br /> <br />~d6 <br />
