<br />the City has awarded contract to Southway Construction carpany for Phase
<br />II of the levee project.

<br />Since Public Service utilities- are to be inpacted by this project, I am
<br />requesting that you coordinate with Southway Construction re;;arding
<br />temporary relocation.

<br />A notice to proceed will be given to the contractor upon the City receiving
<br />a Section 404 permit fran the U.S. A:any Corps of Engineers.
