<br />A. Furnish to MEC any borings, probings and subsurface explorations. <br />laboratory tests, laboratory tests and inspections of samples, <br />materials anu equipment currently available to the ENTITIES (in <br />addition to that included herein); available professional ;nter~ <br />pretations of aJl of :ne foregoing; any environmental assessment <br />and impact statements; property, boundary easement, right-of-way, <br />topographic and utility surveys; property descriptions; zoning and <br />deed restrictions; ell of which f<tEC may rely upon in performing <br />services hereunder. <br />B. Guarantee access to and Iilake all provisions for r,jEC and <br />subconsultant personnel to enter upon public and private property. <br />C. Provide suell legal, accounting, insurance counseling services as <br />may be required for the Project, as determined by the ENTITIES. <br />D. Furnish approvals and permits from all governmental authorities <br />having jurisdiction over the Project. <br />E. If more than nne prime contract is to be awarded for constructior., <br />designate a party to have responSibility and authority for <br />coordinating the activities of the various prime contractors. <br />F. Pay all costs incident to obtaining bids or proposals from <br />Contractors. <br />G. Examine all studies, reports, sketches, estimates, specifications, <br />drawings, proposals and other documents presented by MEC and render <br />in writing or verbally, any cecisions pertaining to the documents, <br />within fifteen (15) days after receipt, sO as not to delay the work <br />of MEC. <br />H. Provide to MEC, an ownership strip map at a scaie of I" = 100' <br />which will show all property locations and ownerships along the <br />leve" alignments. The ownership strop map will be prepared from <br />existing plat maps. Ownership research will be completed by <br />ENTITIES and the information will be provided to MEC. ENTITIES <br />will be responsible for obtaining all agreements, easements of <br />r~ghts.of-way, to permit access for design, construction, <br />maintenance and operation of the levees. <br /> <br />8. Irvine, State District Forester for the <br />Alamosa District of the Colorado S:ate Forest Service, will be <br />available to consult on the project as a qualified aborist. <br />
