A. Furnish to MEC any borings, probings and subsurface explorations. laboratory tests, laboratory tests and inspections of samples, materials anu equipment currently available to the ENTITIES (in addition to that included herein); available professional ;nter~ pretations of aJl of :ne foregoing; any environmental assessment and impact statements; property, boundary easement, right-of-way, topographic and utility surveys; property descriptions; zoning and deed restrictions; ell of which f<tEC may rely upon in performing services hereunder. B. Guarantee access to and Iilake all provisions for r,jEC and subconsultant personnel to enter upon public and private property. C. Provide suell legal, accounting, insurance counseling services as may be required for the Project, as determined by the ENTITIES. D. Furnish approvals and permits from all governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. E. If more than nne prime contract is to be awarded for constructior., designate a party to have responSibility and authority for coordinating the activities of the various prime contractors. F. Pay all costs incident to obtaining bids or proposals from Contractors. G. Examine all studies, reports, sketches, estimates, specifications, drawings, proposals and other documents presented by MEC and render in writing or verbally, any cecisions pertaining to the documents, within fifteen (15) days after receipt, sO as not to delay the work of MEC. H. Provide to MEC, an ownership strip map at a scaie of I" = 100' which will show all property locations and ownerships along the leve" alignments. The ownership strop map will be prepared from existing plat maps. Ownership research will be completed by ENTITIES and the information will be provided to MEC. ENTITIES will be responsible for obtaining all agreements, easements of r~ghts.of-way, to permit access for design, construction, maintenance and operation of the levees. 8. Irvine, State District Forester for the Alamosa District of the Colorado S:ate Forest Service, will be available to consult on the project as a qualified aborist.
