<br />with the Contract Documents, but such review will only be to <br />determine that their content complies with the requirements of, and <br />in the case of certificates of inspections, tests and approvals of, <br />the results certifi ed i ndi cate compl i ance wi th, the Contractor <br />Documents; and shall transmit them to ENTITY with written comments. <br /> <br />K. Inspections. MEC shall conduct dn inspection to determine if <br />the work is substantially complete and a final inspection to <br />determine if the completed work is acceptable so that MEC may <br />recommend, in writing, final payment to Contractor(s) and may give <br />written notice to ENTITY and the Contractods) that the work is <br />acceptable (subject to any conditions therein expressed), but any <br />such recommendation and notice will be subject to the 1 imitations <br />expressed in Paragraph 4.I.2}. <br /> <br />L. Limitation of Responsibilities. MEC shall not be responsible <br />for the acts of omissions of any Contractor, or of any <br />subcontractor or supplier, or any of the Contractods), or <br />subcontractor's or suppl ier' s agents or employees or any other <br />persons (except MEC's own employees anC: agents) at the site or <br />otherwi se furni shi ng or performi ng an. of the Contractor( s l' work; <br />however, nothing contained in paragraphs 4.A. through 4.K., <br />inclusive, shall be construed to release MEC from liability for <br />failure to properly perform duties and responsibilities assumed by <br />MEC in the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />II. The following paragraph shall reolace Para'-aph 9. TIME SCHEDULE: <br /> <br />g. TIME SCHEDULE <br />The services to be provided under this Agreement, and Amendments to the <br />Agreement, shall be provided during construction and should be <br />completed within two weeks of the expiration of the construction <br />contract time, which for purposes of this schedule, is estimated, as of <br />the date of this Amendment, to be November 30, 1986. <br /> <br />III. Paragraph 10, COMPENSATION, shall be amended as follows: <br /> <br />A.
