<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />regular meeting assembled in Colorado Springs, Colorado, this 20th day of March 2000, that it does <br />hereby designate and approve as detailed information within the City of Lakewood the 100-year <br />floodplain delineations listed in Table 2 for said report dated JanuaI)' 3, 1983; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board that it cannot <br />designate and approve as approximate floodplain information within the City of Lakewood the 100- <br />year floodplain delineations listed in Table 3 for said report dated JanuaI)' 3, 1983 due to a lack of <br />hydrologic information to support those approximate floodplain delineations; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board does hereby understand that said draft Flood <br />Insurance Study (countywide DFIRM) for Jefferson County and Incorporated Areas is currently <br />being reviewed by affected jurisdictions, and that said DFIRM will later be reviewed by CWCB staff <br />and proposed for CWCB designation at a future Board meeting; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESO L VED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a certified <br />copy of this resolution to the City of Lakewood; the Colorado Office of Emergency Management; <br />and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region 8. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority <br />vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Colorado Springs, Colorado, on the 20th day of March 2000, at which a quorum was present <br /> <br />Peter H.
