<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, this 5th day of March, 1993, that <br />it does hereby designate and approve as detailed floodplain information the 100-year <br />floodplains as described by the floodwater surface elevations and prof1Ies in said new report, <br />dated September 29, 1989, for the study reaches of Big Dry Creek, SlCD 6100, SlCD 6200 <br />(North Tributary), little's Creek from a point just downstream of South Bemis Street <br />upstream to South Broadway, SlCD 6200, Dutch Creek, Slaughterhouse Gulch from a point <br />just upstream of South Prince Street upstream to South Fox Street, and the South Tributary <br />of Slaughterhouse Gulch and as approximate floodplain information the delineation for the <br />South Platte River within the corporate limits of the City of littleton as of September 29, <br />1989, and does hereby rescind those portions of Resolution No.1, date December 12,1967, <br />regarding that reach of the South Platte River within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Littleton as of September 29, 1989, and those portions of Resolution No. 86, dated <br />November 15, 1977, regarding that reach of little's Creek extending from its confluence with <br />the South Platte River upstream to the crossing of the Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe <br />Railroad; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tbat the Secretary of the Board is directed to send <br />a certified copy of this resolution to the City of Littleton; the Town of Columbine Valley; <br />the City of Englewood; the City of Greenwood Village; the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Arapahoe County; the Board of County Commissioners of Douglas County; the Urban <br />Drainage and Flood Control District; the Colorado Office of Emergency Management; the <br />U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District; and the Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a <br />majority vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session <br />assembled at Denver, Colorado, on the 5th day of March 1993, at which a quorum was <br />present. <br /> <br />~cJ'}A <br /> <br />Daries C.
