<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Slaughterhouse Gulch from a point just upstream of <br />South Prince Street upstream to South Fox Street <br />South Tributary Slaughterhouse Gulch; and <br /> <br />(FPR # 136) <br />(FPR # 136) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report provides detailed floodplain information that is <br />inconsistent with the detailed floodplain information contained in that portion of the <br />floodplain report previously designated by Resolution No. 86 on November 15,1977 relating <br />to Lee Gulch ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report provides, on the basis of revised topographic mapping <br />and new hydrologic and hydraulic analyses that reflect the acquisition by the City of <br />Littleton of the Littleton Flood Plain Park, detailed information that revises the information <br />contained in those portions of the floodplain report previously designated by Resolution No. <br />1 on December 12, 1967 relating to the reach of South Platte River from the alignment of <br />Fairway Lane in the Town of Columbine Valley, as extended to the east, upstream to the <br />southern corporate limit of the City of Littleton as of September 29, 1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report provides, on the basis of revised topographic mapping <br />and new hydrologic and hydraulic analyses that reflect the construction by the U.S. Army <br />Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, of the South Platte Channelization Project, <br />approximate information that revises the information contained in those portions of the <br />floodplain report previously designated by Resolution No. 1 on December 12, 1967 relating <br />to the reach of South Platte River from the northern corporate limit of the City of Littleton <br />as of September 29, 1989 upstream to the alignment of Fairway Lane in the Town of <br />Columbine Valley, as extended to the east; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the approximate floodplain information for that portion of said new <br />report relating to Lee Gulch from its confluence with the South Platte River upstream <br />approximately 250 feet is inconsistent with the floodplain information previously designated <br />by Resolution No. 86 on November 15, 1977; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the approximate floodplain information for that portion of said new <br />report relating to Slaughterhouse Gulch from its confluence with the South Platte River <br />upstream to a point just upstream of South Prince Street is inconsistent with the floodplain <br />information previously designated by Resolution No. 136 on May 18, 1979; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the approximate floodplain information for that portion of said new <br />report relating to Slaughterhouse Gulch from South Fox Street upstream to the eastern <br />corporate limit of the City of Littleton as of September 29. 1989 is inconsistent with the <br />floodplain information previously designated by Resolution No. 219 on July 7, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Littleton, Colorado, has requested the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board to designate and approve the floodplains set forth in the aforesaid new <br />report; and <br /> <br />5 <br />
