<br />TOWN OF CROOK <br />INS1RUCTIONS TO BIDDERS <br />(Insurance Requirements) <br /> <br />A successful Bidder shall carry the following insurance and shall submit proof of such insurance <br />when he delivers the executed Contract to the Town of Crook. The Town must be named as an <br />additional insured on all insurance policies and certificates of insurance. See Part ..lL of the <br />General Conditions for additional requirements: <br /> <br />TYPE OF INSURANCE; <br /> <br />I. Comprehensive General Liability Insurance: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Bodily Injury or Death; <br />I. $500,000 occurrence <br />2. $1,000,000 aggregate <br />Property Damage <br />I. $500,000 occurrence <br />2, $1,000,000 aggregate <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />II, Workmen's Compensation Insurance: <br /> <br />As prescribed by statutes. (Town need not be named as additional insured.) <br /> <br />III, Comprehensive Automobile and Truck Liability: <br /> <br />A.
