<br />2 <br /> <br />Road to approximately 150 feet upstream of the intersection, the base flood discharge is contained in an <br />underground pipe and a stonnwater detention pond. The BFEs decrease a maximum of 5 feet just <br />upstream of the detention pond. <br /> <br />Along South Valley Dry Creek, from approximately 200 feet upstream of the intersection of Orchard Path <br />Road and Orchard Valley Road to approximately 1,150 feet upstream of the intersection, the FIRM has <br />been revised to eliminate a discrepancy between the effective FIRM and the Flood Profile in the effective <br />FIS report. <br /> <br />The modifications are shown on the enclosed annotated copies of FIRM Panels 0134 C and 0153 C; <br />Profile Panels 30P, 31P, and 38P; and the Summary of Discharges Table for Dry Creek.
