Assume that several small businesses have been flooded and the buildings cannot be <br />immediately reoccupied after the flood. Select vacant facilities suitable as temporary <br />business locations, if available. Also select suitable sites for temporary commercial <br />structures. Look for vacant and available sites that are accessible and close to the pre- <br />flood location of displaced businesses. The sites should have utilities available, and <br />parking.
