<br />ATTACHMENT C <br /> <br />PERFORMANCE ITEMS <br /> <br />The following schedule shall be submitted to the contracting agency and to the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) by the contractor. No proposals for <br />photogrammetric services will be considered that do not quote prices on all individual <br />items within the schedule. These cost quotations shall be considered as the contractor's <br />final commitment for performance of work. This schedule shall be attached to the <br />contract of the successful contractor. <br /> <br />Items marked with an asterisk (*) shall be submitted to the CWCB for review and <br />approval prior to the contractor proceeding with the next phase of the project. The cost <br />for each numbered item shall be provided in the space allotted. <br /> <br />SCHEDULE FOR AREAS lA AND 2 IN ATTACHMENT F <br /> <br />Item Articles of Service ~ <br />1.* The proposed flight plan, including: <br /> a. An approximate date and time of day <br /> the project will be flown. <br /> b. The flight height (above mean <br /> ground elevation). <br /> c. A map showing ground control <br /> layout, flight lines, and locations of <br /> permanent control markers. <br /> d. The cost of flying and photography. $ <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Set up to three permanent control markers <br />(see III K) for vertical and horizontal <br />control. The exact number of markers to be <br />set will depend on the number of acceptable <br />existing markers that can be recovered by <br />the Contractor. Monuments shall be paneled <br />prior to the aerial photography. <br /> <br />$ <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Establish vertical elevations and horizontal <br />coordinates for existing permanent <br />monuments located within the project area <br />and in good condition. <br /> <br />$ <br />
