GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />The purpose of these photogrammetric services is to provide the mapping and <br />cross-section data required to prepare a floodplain information report for use in <br />the administration of the floodplain areas. The contractor shall consider the terms <br />of these specifications binding unless otherwise provided in the memorandum of <br />instructions. The contractor shall be responsible for the professional quality, the <br />technical accuracy, and the coordination of all designs, drawings, and realized <br />specifications in the photogrammetric field. The contractor shall, without <br />additional compensation, correct or revise any errors or deficiencies in his <br />designs, drawings, and other services. The contractor agrees to provide all <br />materials and labor and shall obtain the rights of ingress and egress for the <br />performance of work as delineated by the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />(CWCB). <br /> <br />II. LOCATION <br /> <br />The area to be mapped is shown on the attached map. (See Attachment F). <br /> <br />III. SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />A. Photography. Photography shall be undertaken only when well-defined <br />images can be obtained. Photography shall not contain shadows caused <br />by topographic relief and sun angle whenever such shadows can be <br />avoided during the time of year the photography must be taken. <br />Photography shall be undertaken when the sun angle is less than 300 <br />above the horizon. Crab or drift shall not affect more than 10% of the 9" <br />x 9" negative width for three consecutive photographs. Tilt shall not <br />exceed 30 for a single exposure. All photo-control data shall remain <br />shown in the photo-print margin. <br />
