Comments - the hydrologic analyses presented in this report <br />are oased on the best available historic data. Although normal <br />sediment and debris will be included in the historic flows, special <br />conditions such as large mudflows, ice jams, or large amounts of <br />debris which would augment the peak flows were not analyzed because <br />they are not a problem in the study areas. Copies of the report <br />have been forwarded to the Colorado Water Conservation Board, the <br />Federal Insurance Administration, the U.S. Geological Survey <br />(Denver Federal Center) and the Sacramento branch of the U.S. Army <br />Corps of Engineers.
