Slope-area measurements were made on <br />the streams which had been in flood as a result of the storm and a dan:age <br />survey Has made. The dalllD.ges resulting from the storm and the ensuring <br />floods were severe. Twenty-two highway bridges, spanning, Sand, First, <br />Second, and Third Creeks, were washed out. Several irrigation channels <br />were breached. In the City of Aurora, Westerly Creek again ovorflowed, <br />disrupting traffic, inundating 32 homes, und putting the sewage plant out <br />of operation.
