For this reason, the Colorado Flood Task Force recommends that a <br />mitigation funding component be added to the Governor's Executive Orders which are <br />issued in the future as a result of flood events. <br /> <br />The Board has prepared "Scopes of Study" for Multi-Objective Floodplain <br />Management Studies on I) the Arkansas downstream of Pueblo, 2) the South Platte River <br />downstream of Chatfield Reservoir, and 3) the Roaring Fork River downstream of Aspen. <br />
