McGann <br /> <br />Local Drainage at Denver <br /> <br />The first flooding of the season occurred when severe <br />thunderstorms accompanied by twisters hit various areas <br />of Denver. Street flooding with depths of up to 3 feet were <br />observed at Sheridan Boulevard and 1-70. <br /> <br />Source: <br /> <br />Denver Post, 5/31 /90 <br /> <br />Little Dry Creek in Arapahoe County <br /> <br />Minor flooding was reported along Arapahoe Road south of <br />Denver. Power outages also occurred as a result of the <br />thunderstorms that dropped 1 inch of rain and some hail <br />at approximately 3:30 p.m. The storm was above the <br />Southglenn area near Arapahoe Road and County Line <br />Road.
