(Indian Hills II). The capacity of the proposed pond

is 12.1 acre feet. A 30" outlet .is proposed from Indian Hills

Pond II to the intersection of North Juniper and Apache Drive.

A combination pond drain and storm sewer would then be con-
~--;-- - ---

structed north along Juniper to the back lot lines between

Navajo and Apache Drive, thence east along the back lot lines

to the line between lots 44 &: 45. The 30" line would then be

constructed north to Navajo Drive, thence east ,!-long Navajo

Drive to the end of the street as plotted. It is then proposed

to construct a 30" line north along the east line of the develop-

ment to the proposed pond (Indian Hills No. I). At the east end

of the Sioux Drive. The capacity needed for the proposed Indian

Hills Pond No. I is approximately 15 acre feet. A 24" outlet

structure is proposed to drain the No. I Pond. The 24" line

would daylight into the natural drainage way_northe~ of the

development. Provisions are made in the cost estimate for

easement across th~ private property northeast of the development.

The capacity of the 24" line would minimize flows into the farm-

land causing a minimal amount of crop damage.
