<br />WHEREAS, the staff of the aoard has reviewed said report and <br />does hereby recommend to the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />that the Board designate and approve as floodplain areas those <br />areas inundated by a lOa-year f~ood (intermediate regional flood) <br />as described by the floodwater aurface elevations and profiles in <br />said report; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLvED by the Colorado Water Conser- <br />vation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br />this 7th day of November, 1985, that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as floodplain areas those areas described as being <br />inundated by a lOa-year' flood as described by the floodwater <br />surface elevations and profiles in said report; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Town <br />of Winter Park, the Board o~ County Commissioners of Grand <br />County, and the Federal Emergen~y Management Agency. <br /> <br />C E R T I F I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the foreg<>ing is a true and correct copy <br />of a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of <br />the Colorado . Water .
