This study <br />has been accepted by the Board of Directors of the Urban Drainage and Flood Control <br />District (Resolution No. 61, Series of2003, copy enclosed) and has been forwarded to the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) with a request for that Board to designate <br />and approve the 100-year floodplains published in this study, We ask that you send a <br />letter to Mr. Rod Kuharich at the CWCB (1313 Sherman Street, Room 721, Denver, CO <br />80203) endorsing this request. <br /> <br />Upon appropriate action by the Colorado Water Conservation Board, this 100-year <br />floodplain should be adopted by all affected local governments. We urge you to begin the <br />process of adopting this report in anticipation of designation and approval by the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board.
