<br />WHEREAs/ ,the Town of ManCOS has requested 'the Colorado Water
<br />Conservat'ion Board to designate and approve the floodplain areas

<br />WHEREAS, Section 37-60--106 (1), Colorado Revised Statutes
<br />1973 ,.;eql1ires the, Colorado Water: Conservation Board to assist. in

<br />'WHEREAS', Sections 31-23-301 and 30-28-111, Colorado Revised,'
<br />Statutes T9'13", provide that such legislative bodies of 1.0cal
<br />j urisdfctions' may provide zoning regulations forland uses on or

<br />designation and approval by the Colorado Water Conservation
